* All Crystals are photographed in either natural light or under studio lights, colours are not altered.

* All orders are shipped and packed within 1-3 business days

* Shipping is Australia wide (not overseas at this time)

 

* SHIPPING RATES

 Shipping rates are based on weight and follow Australia Post Parcel Shipping Fees

* Shipping rates are subject to changes relative to Australia Post rate increases.

* Standard Auspost Parcel Rates:

1g - 499g:       $  11

500g - 999g:   $ 15.10

1kg - 2.99kg:   $ 19.10

3kg - 4.99kg:   $ 23

* Express Auspost Parcel Rates:

1g - 499g:        $  16

500g - 999g:    $  20

1kg - 2.99kg:   $   24

3kg - 4.99kg:   $   31

** Orders over 5kg receive Free Standard Shipping 

* Crystals are sent in packaging to avoid breakage. We cannot however control every aspect of treatment of your package once it leaves our hands and begins the shipping process with Australia Post

 

* OPEN BOX

Open Box option is available. To use this option you need to use this code:

 in the coupon section during checkout. You will pay for your items as you build your box. Your items will be kept securely with us until you want to close your box. To close your box you must request this by sending us an email/Instagram DM/Facebook Messenger/Website Message. We will then create a shipping only invoice (based on the final weight of your box). We will then send you an invoice link. You can then pay your shipping invoice (choosing standard or express shipping only). Your box will then be sent to you via Australia Post and a tracking number sent to you.

 

* PAYMENT OPTIONS

 You are able to pay for your order by Card, PayPal or Afterpay

 

* All Crystals are ethically sourced and best quality at best price is our aim to provide.

* We source crystals from all over the world. If there is something you are specifically looking for please let us know and we will do our best to locate it for you.

* Alongside our website we also do INSTAGRAM LIVE SALES and INSTAGRAM STORY SALES once or twice per month. Invoices for Live Sale or Story Sale claims are sent via Instagram DM as a link to your invoice on our website. Checkout and payment is via our website. Payment of these invoices is required within 24hrs of us sending your invoice link. Unpaid invoices after 24hrs are deemed abandoned and items return to store stock. Please do not claim items if you do not intend to honour your claims.
